There are schools in the area and shopping centres, with the larger South Coast Mall and Shelly Beach being a mere 10 - 12km away.

You are close enough everything to feel like you a part of everything but also have the pleasure of being far enough from everything and limited traffic as the road is a dead end so only residents to the street drive there.
